The machines
Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher: who started it and when it ends, with a timer. The person whose load is done gets a notification.
Fridge and cupboards
Each shelf and each zone has a name on it. What runs out is said in one tap.
The guests page
One link with the Wi-Fi, the door codes and the floor, chosen by the residents. A QR code for the Wi-Fi.
Parcels
Who is expecting what, and who takes it in.
Repairs
Something is broken: reported once, with a photo, and followed until it is fixed.
The home's activity
What happened in the home, line by line: a load finished, a parcel taken in, a guest arriving.
The ideas box
A resident suggests an improvement, the others agree with it.
The neighbourhood
The good places around the home, recommended by the residents: bakery, pharmacy, laundrette.
The TV screen
A screen in the common room shows the home's day, and residents send photos and videos to it.
NFC stickers
A sticker on the machine: hold the phone to it and the load starts in the app.
